Last night I saw fluid under the rear of my 2021 UForce 1000. There is a small puddle of fluid on floor of my shed and it is dripping from the protective underside of the machine near one of the holes around the rear differential. The color of the fluid is bluish. I have read something about bad O-rings on the drain plugs, I haven't had a chance to really identify where the fluid was coming from. Hoping to get a chance when I get out of work today. Anyone else ever have leaks near/around the rear differential? Even thought the buggy is 3yrs old, there are very few hours on it as I don't really drive it that often.

UForce 1000 / Battery voltage fluctuating
January 10, 2024, 01:39:06 AM
I have a 2021 UFORCE 1000. Sunday morning, the machine wouldn't start, nothing new, usually if machine sits a couple days without use I have to charge the battery. I placed on the battery charger and left it charging for a few hours, checked the charger and it was showing a fully charged battery. Still wouldn't start. I then jump started the machine with my truck, removed the cables and the machine shutoff. I jumped it again and left it connected for about 10 min. removed the cables and the machine remained running until I tried to use the winch to lift up my plow blade, the machine again shutoff. I jumped it again and after I removed the cables it remained running, I was watching the voltage on the dashboard display (I do not have a multimeter). The voltage was fluctuating anywhere from 12.2 - 17.8. I am thinking there is something wrong with the stator or rectifier, any other thoughts? Also, while it was idling and I was watching the voltage fluctuating, the engine light came on solid. I did not see any codes flashing though I have the extended warranty on the machine, would problems with the stator or rectifier be covered under warranty? Thank you.

General Discussion / Just ordered a Uforce 1000
May 03, 2021, 12:24:11 AM
Hello. Well, I just ordered a 2021 Uforce 1000 and have a question for others that own one. This is going to be my first UTV. I have access to a trailer that is 66" wide x 120" long. After I ordered the 1000, I am having second thoughts if it is going to fit on the trailer. I really do not have the money to go out and buy a trailer. Looking at the specs, it says that the 1000 is 63.5" wide x 117" long. Theoretically looking at the specs it should fit, but be very tight. What is everyone's thoughts? Thanks.
