I replaced the OEM seatbelts with 4 point harnesses. I spliced the seat belt wires but I am still getting a seatbelt warning indicator on the dash display. There didn't seem to be any other effect (no rev limiter engagement). I'm wondering if maybe rhe machine is expecting some impedance or resistance. Anyone else bypass the seatbelt circuit, and if so did you use a module like the ones on Amazon?

ZForce 950/1000 Sport & EX / O-ring on transmission oil missing
August 16, 2020, 10:03:37 PM
The morning after a long desert ride, I noticed a small pool of gear oil from the rear transmission, just under the drain plug. After investigating, I found the transmission oil dipstick was missing its o-ring. The poor seal allowed for a leak. Not a big deal, and easy to replace the o-ring, but others might want to check theirs to make sure they have one. The engine oil dipstick had its o-ring, just the transmission oil was missing one.

ZForce 950/1000 Sport & EX / CVT Belt dimensions?
August 12, 2020, 02:29:21 PM
I wanted to have an extra CVT belt on-hand in case I suffer a break down on the trail. My local dealer said he is able to order the replacement belt for $250 and it would take 3 or 4 days to get in. Has anyone identified the belt dimensions and found a suitable Gates belt for trail repairs? Gates belts are usually $55-$75, which is sure better than $250.
