Having a temperature control issue.  The fan will work normally when riding for a half hour or so, the temperature will move between 3 and 4 bars depending on what the fan is doing. 

Since the fan was not spinning, I thought it was the thermoswitch, so I replaced it.  Bled the system.

I let it idle for a while in the driveway.  Worked just fine for a while, then I started to notice the fan would be on longer every cycle.  It started at about 2 minutes on and about 40 second off.  After 6 or 7 cycles, it was about 10 minutes on and 40 seconds off.  I *think* at the end cycles the fan was not as loud as it was in the beginning.

Seems like 10 minutes is a long time for the fan to be on.  Maybe I am hitting the duty cycle and it is shutting down?  It was recommended to me to replace the an since this is a problem this person new of in at least three XC's.

Anyone have any thoughts about this before I replace a $250 fan.

Hello,  We purchased a new left over 2019 CForce 800 camo.  We ordered it with a low.  This is our first ATV.  The closest thing we have to this is a 5 hp mini bike.

We bought it for two main reasons, plow and move a car trailer around a bit.  But after looking into it more, we are definatley going to  trail ride with this.  If all goes as planned we may get a second one or a Zforce.
