Hey there folks at nFLOW. I visited your website the other day and was unable to find a listing for a Zforce 800 engine. Are ya'll still dealing with CF Moto engined?
Thanks

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / No engine braking
March 03, 2021, 02:00:21 PM
2019 z Force 800usa, 386 hrs, 4350 miles regularly maintained.
Travelling down hill, decelerating the engine braking intermittently will not engage causing a marbles in a can sound that seems to come from the left rear. Once you slow to crawl things are golden. This has happened four or five times in the last150 miles.
Ideas?
Thanks

2019 z force 800 trail. Twice now, once in July last year and again yesterday, since I purchased the bike, there has been oil spewed out of a tube that's wire tied at the top of the frame , below the cargo box. Oil on top of valve cover, cvt exit air tube, down frame, top of skid plate then dripping on to hauler deck. I thought it was engine oil but after wiping it up, took a smell which seems to be gear lube. I pulled the vent tube from the differential,  free flow not plugged, but the inside of the hose has no evidence of oil....
Any ideas or just a freak occurrence?  Thanks for the input.

General Discussion / 2019 Trail 800
May 28, 2019, 10:35:57 AM
I've been reading about the addition of a pre filter mod mounted on the intake between the seats. I'm wondering if a twin air caged filter would work? How to size the twin air, get something that works for, let's say a 1000cc Honda motorcycle. Will the 800 be able to breath ok?

Next Q, reading about the reroute of the intake of the clutch an belt intake. Wondering if one could route the intake to the intake box of the engine?

TIA
