What/where is the best way to add rocker switches on the dash of a 2017 zforce 800ex. I bought a winch and stereo rocker switch. Tried to remove the switch panel (removed the two front and bottom screws but panel still won't come out)

I purchased a cfmoto eforce 800 ex and in the manual it says the battery is located under the front hood but there is nothing there. I checked under both seats and still nothing. Can any one help me with the location of the battery.
