Hi There, my front shock blew out on my 800EX on a run today, does anybody know if these shots can be rebuilt? Or if there is a cheap place to get a replacement one? Or even what the item number is?

Just upgraded our dune buggy to a used 2021 Zforce 800 EX, 292 miles on it. Looking forward to learning all about them and having lots of fun on rides!

We ride out in Ocotillo Wells, CA mostly in the state park.

As it is used, I just purchased a new belt, oil change stuff, better air filter, grease gun for the joints, spare fuses, and rear view mirror.

If anyone has any other things I should think about since it's used and I don't know how the previous owners treated it that would be great!

Hi all, picked up a used 800 EX, and got a replacement OEM belt as a spare, but I have no idea how hard the previous owners were on it. It appears that there is a min mm of service for the belt, but after searching the internet and these forums I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Can anyone tell me the minimum mm the belt can be at before needing to be replaced? And if it's jerky to start/sides of belt look shiny, it's time to replace it as well?
