How To's (New Topics are to be Instructional Only) / Gun Mount
September 19, 2022, 02:33:29 PM
Here in Canada a CFMOTO gun mount for my Cforce was going to be just over $200 by the time it was delivered. Just couldn%u2019t justify that much money so I got a Kolpin mount for $50 and modified it to work in the uconnect holes. It worked out perfectly. Easy and quick to remove when hunting season is over. All I needed to buy extra were two 3.5%u201D x 5/16%u201D bolts and two 5/16%u201D thru nuts (starfish) from Home Depot. Heat the bolt head up with a propane torch and melt it into the plastic base like in pic 3.

General Discussion / Which way?
September 14, 2022, 04:59:43 AM
2022 Cforce 600 touring. While tinkering around I removed the passenger and driver seat and the plastic that sits on top of the frame that's under the seats. I then removed the rubber covers that cover the support posts of the rear rack. On putting everything back I find the passenger seat is now touching and pushing down the rubber post covers. I don't recall seeing that before and it doesn't seem right. However the rubber covers can only go on the posts one way as there are alignment grommets under to make sure. Yes they are in the holes. The seat is fully pushed forward as it will only lock in the correct position. Can someone please take a looksie and let me know if the passenger seat is hitting and pushing down the rubber?! Thank you. Maybe I can post a pic later.

General Discussion / 28 inches

Will 28" tires fit on a stock 2022 600 touring without a lift kit? I can get 4 28" stock tires/wheels (brand new) from a Can-Am take off at a decent price.

CForce 600 , X6 / Clock Not Keeping Proper Time
August 12, 2022, 05:29:01 PM
The clock on my 22 Cforce 600 touring isn't keeping the proper time. I thought it was just not set properly at first so I set it again but a few days later its off by an hour or so?! Any idea why? Battery is fine.

General Discussion / Re: Keyed Power?
July 31, 2022, 06:36:58 AM
Sounds good but I was a little concerned about the light gauge factory wire to the accessory plug. Ideally I'd like to tap three switches 1-hotgrips, 2- thumb warmer, 3- led reverse lights. I know there'll be a dark winter night that I'll have all three on at once.....worried that it'll overload the fuse.

General Discussion / Keyed Power?
July 30, 2022, 09:25:16 AM
Looking for a place to tap in to keyed power somewhere on my 2022 Cforce 600 Touring. Wanting to install heated grips/throttle. I don't want to butcher the factory wiring. The accessory plug could be an option but didn't really want to start skinning wires ...especially in a wheel well. Might be better to jump off the winch relay if I can find it. Any suggestions? Thanks

About to install heated grips on my 2022 600 2up. Where would be the best place to tap into keyed power? Any suggestions? Ideally I'd like to install a small power distribution bar for future accessories that will turn off with the key.

CForce 600 , X6 / Re: Are my rpms too high?

New to the CFmoto party. Just got a 2022 600 2up. She's a beaut. However the rpms are high compared to other atvs I've owned, but reading here and watching YouTube vids, I've concluded that it's just the nature of the beast. Ride on and enjoy!
