I just stuggled trying to get mine out
after reading this because there are three.  On 2022 anyway.  Had to pull a fender

Wondering where everyone is mounting whip lights.  There is a lot of flex on the location I mounted them and feel it may break.  Had to pull fender almost off to get to a third bolt holding glove box in as I got power there.  Push pin clips suck.  Ordering a tool.  Still haven't ran wire to back as I want the tool first.   Not sure this will hold up though

Gotcha.   Rode today in dust on stock filter.  Didn't expect dust like it was but won't ride again until the filter shows up.  My cousin (her machine) ordered the 6229 and an outerwear.  Had I known it was going to be dusty I would have grabbed the other one yesterday.   Very anxious to check filter in morning and see if anything passed thru.   Sucks because I read on here and knew better so hope for best.   Now to play with clutching.   I'm not super impressed so far but time will tell

Is there any advantage to the 8703 filter that uni puts as for can am and cfmoto on label?  It $37 vs $21 for the 6229 but my local shop has one in stock who I am friends with.   Also they make a loose outerwear specifically for the 6229st.    Just got a 2022 800 and have 250 miles on in zero dust conditions but that's about to change.  Can't run a snorkel because we have the cfmoto storage tote mounted in back.  Thanks
