So i have a new wet clutch , new one way , new clutch bell , both new bearings and seal ( inner bearing and cover bearing), whole new primary clutch . SO i hope this time its all good...

OK soi i got some more parts to tryt his again. I got a new one way bearing and when its together with cover i can turn the primary shaft counter clockwise but not clockwise, This says from all the info i read that this is correct.

WHat is a good oil to run in this machine with wet clutch, also does the wet clutch get its oil from engine side. I cant find a good manual just a quad manual with minimal info.

I have ordered a new one way bearing as i canat turn it counterclockwise anymore..

So i got to work on this ting again and i fired it up with no clutchs, then with the primary on and there is more noise with clutch on. This is a brand new primary clutch from dealer, also i noticed i can't turn primary counterclockwise anymore . So i need a new one way again , why does this thing keep toasting one way bearings.

Yes i aslo put new bearings in cover and inner bearing , everything is new and it still does the same thing. I start it and drive 3ft then it stalls out , if you try to restart the bike it will just jump foward and stall out.

Hey guys , so i have left this bike sit all summer and drove my rzr xp 1000. Now i need to get this bike running again so i can sell it. It continues to have the awful noise and it just stalls all the time . I have noticed the rpms are like 2200 sometimes and i have tried to slow it down by adjusting the throttle cable on throttle body. To me its like the wet clutch shoes are coming out while idling to high adn causing the noise and stalling.

I have put on a new wet clutch , one way bearing , can turn primary counter but not clockwise , installed a whole new primary clutch , gaskets and it still does this noise and stalls. What could be wrong with this machine that not even new parts will fix.

So that is all brand new from dealer , here is the list of all new items and the bike has not moved 3ft since install.I have read that if idle is to high the wet clutch can do this. I cant get video to load it is really blurry.

I will add a sound clip after , wet clutch is new, primary clutch is brand new. As soon as you spped it up it goes away then when i stop it stalls the bike and you cant shift.

I put new bearing in outer cover and inside cover for the clutch housing shaft ,everything to do with the primary drive is new from wet clutch to cover. I can rev it up and its works fine with no noise just when i stop or idle the noise is there.

Hey guys , i finally got time with this bike and i have added new wet clutch, one way , bearings , clutch bell housing,new primary clutch,gaskets and it still makes crazy noise and if i move 3 ft it stalls and i cant shift. Once together i tested the one way and i can turn counter clockwise and its smooth and not clockwise. I followed all torque specs and i dont understand it seems like the wet clutch shoes are the culprit but its all new.

I tried the one way both ways when had it all on the bench, i watched a video that a guy was turnig it on bench. So if i can t turn the clutch counter and i aswitch one way and still get same result then where do i go. This all started one day driving the bike and it staring making the noise i shared in a video on here and then i wasnt able to shift it from any gear.. I have anew oneway,wet clutch, seal. Maybe i need a new bell and oneway again even though it hasnt left the shop.

thxs for the reply,i can't turn the clutch counter clockwise when the bike is off. THe one way bearing has an arrow on it and i have that facing the motor/wet clutch , is this correct? The bike runs and the noise has gone away but the bike takes off in gear and its super hard to try and shift gears. I own a rzr xp 1000 and have never seen such a poor clutch setup on a bike. I will order a new bell and change those bearings but they seem to be ok with no play.
