Many CFM's have had main fuse-holder problems...not the fuse itself but internal crimp connections inside the holder itself. That's something you want the dealer to take care of for warranty reasons.Quote from: NMKawierider on February 26, 2022, 11:29:03 AMQuote from: yuriyp on February 26, 2022, 11:11:54 AMI strongly suggest it go straight back to the shop/dealership.
Hello everyone!
I have a brand new CLX700 Heritage delivered to me a couple of days ago. It was starting and running just fine then. Today I noticed the battery is almost dead and it wouldn't start, so I charged a battery for about 6 hours on 2A current. Plugged battery back in, the voltage was fine (+-12.75V). Tried to start, but when pressing the start toggle it does not attempt to start the engine, and instead, the cooling fan starts to go (it's about +5C outside by the way and the bike is cold). I've also checked all fuses and they are fine.
Any suggestions, please? I will surely contact the dealer but it will only open on Monday and today is Saturday.
Will do so. Just though may be there's some obvious reason since I'm not very familiar with this bike.
Got it, thank you!
