So then its an other problem.....
" I understood the steering now has play where it once didn't and steering it was different".
This is correct. I made a video:

Maybe then its more clear what the problem is...
Thanks again!

Thanks  NMKawierider, for your help.
Maybe a stupid question, but does a 2021 Cforce450L-au  has power steering?  I dont believe the mechanic toke apart the main unit. With "he took it apart almost totally" i ment al the parts that need maintenance. He took of al wheels to lubricate parts, that i know. Where do i look for this?": "he could have just something unplugged so do check that first". Thank you so much for your help!

I almost flipped over.....
The belt had 500 km more before replacement...
I drove 40 km/h on the road and suddenly the wheels of the 450 blocked totally and the machine almost flipped over from behind. A few centimeters more and i had the quad lying on top of me. Luckely it felt back on 4 wheels.  Tranported the machine to a mechanic and the belt was sheddered totally...
My advice, look regularly to avoid breaking your neck

Hello everyone,

I have a 2021 450L that used to steer very steadily, with a good amount of pressure on the handlebars. I had it serviced by a mechanic, he took it apart almost totally. However, after the service, the steering was very unstable. Like the handlebars were loose. Normally the steering reacts immediately, now i can pul the handlebars 15 cm to each side without steering. Could not drive harder then 30 km/h.  Then i took the 450 to a wheel alignment shop and they aligned the wheels. This improved the situation but it was still not as before the service. Yesterday the machine had again the same problem after a month... Does anyone have a idea what could be wrong or what should be done to get the steering back how it was? id appreciate any advice. Thank you

Thanks NMKawierider!
Do you think the axle angles can be adjusted to a more normal angle?

General Discussion / Broken belt CF450L

Hi everybody

Entirely trusting my mechanic was a bad choice...not long ago I was driving 40 km/h on the road. At one point the front wheels dropped 15 centimeters and locked the wheels to the right. The 450 slammed on the brakes and, with all the luck in the world, I just didn't roll over.
I went to my mechanic and he found a broken belt. I'm glad I'm still alive! Imagine if I drove 80 km-h or 100...., I probably wouldn't have survived that...

I know it's my own fault. It's that I'm not technical...
The mechanic told me that the belt should be replaced every 5000 kilometers (is this true?). There is now 9500 kilometers on my counter and I have never had the belt replaced....
Yesterday i picked up the quad and i noticed something. The front axles have a strange angle. But the mechinac told me it´s just fine like this. Can´t remember how they looked like before...

Can someone tell me if they have the correct angle like this?

Thank you so much in advance :)

CForce 400/450 / Break-in Period
November 02, 2021, 10:44:48 AM
Hi, another question about the Break-In Period.
In my manual i can't figure out about if it's possible to carry a passenger or not. The CF400 has 20 km on the counter now.
I see in the manual at point 8: Do pull or carry any loads during the break-in period
Then the next page: Do not load or tow cargo..
Anybody know if i can carry my wife on the 400? Or does she needs to walk?
Thanks a lot!

CForce 400/450 / What parts break first?
November 02, 2021, 10:43:47 AM
Hi People,
The world experience some troubles now in the supply chain. The supply chain falters and stuff will get very expensive in the near future (is what i think). So what parts on a CForce are breaking first is your experience. What parts are convenient to buy now and to have at stock at home?
Thanks a lot!

General Discussion / Winch standard or not?
November 01, 2021, 10:56:57 AM
Hi everyone. This is my first message here on the forum. Hope you'll have a perfect day 8)
I recently bought a Cforce 400.
In my study before buying a was reading a lot that the winch is standard on al quads. When we get the cforce delivered it didn't have the winch..
Should it be standard or are there (country) exeptions?
Does anybody know?
Thx a lot!

Got a awnser today:

Thank you trust the CFMOTO brand, and choose the CFMOTO products, the winch is a aptional accessory ,so the dealer is right.
Hope you enjoy with the CFMOTO products.
