When you turn the key on the MIL light blinks three times real fast. He fuel pump doesn't run. I can jump the starter solenoid and it will crank but no spark. When I hook up to the data link is won't communicate.

Did anyone ever find a fix for this problem. I have the exact same problem. No crank, fuel pump doesn't run, when the key is turned on the light blinks fast three times and hear relays click fast three times.
