If it were mine, knowing how loose the splines are on my carrier bearing...and how cheap the u-joints are, I would pull the front driveline and really inspect it..and while out I would take it for a quick run to see if it still did it. I would also check the CV joints. And sense you have it down, check the shifter alignment.
I was wondering if it could be the shifter alignment. I thought it might be trying to switch back to neutral or low gear, but I don't know how to check that. I guess I would just make sure it is in the middle of the two and not towards one side.
I have it up on jack stands now with the skid plate off it.
When you say take the front driveline out. I am assuming you are referring to the front drive shaft, is that correct?
How easy is it to take the front drive shaft off?

UForce 800 / Loud snapping noise
March 22, 2023, 04:12:50 PM
I have a UForce 800. I am getting a very loud popping/snapping noise coming from somewhere around the center of the engine area between the seats. With the noise the utv does have a little jolt to it.
This appears to happen shortly after driving forwards after it has been sitting. I would say it happens within about withing the first 100 yards. Once the noise happens, it does not seem to happen again until after I have parked it and driven again.

I thought it might have been the U Joints or the shaft, but after I looked them over there appears to be nothing noticeably wrong with them.

I had some thoughts. Maybe it could be that it is trying to go into park.
Maybe the four wheel drive it trying to kick in or out. However, that is too loud of a noise for that.
This is a load noise and is making me very nervous, any advice or help would be appreciated.

UForce 800 / Re: Heat on passengers side

My wife is the one that rides in the passenger seat.
Our solution that she uses that helps, is to use a piece of as car sunshade.
We use the one that has a shiny reflective outside on bother sides but the bubble wrap material in the middle.
It is not a 100% cure, but it helps with the heat on the passengers legs.

UForce 800 / Oil filter O-ring
June 15, 2021, 05:39:45 PM
I found the part number for the oil filter at NAPA but can not find a replacement O-ring for the oil filter.
I know the CFMOTO part number for the O-ring is 0800-014003. I know it is also 63×2.5. I am assuming that is the size and width, am I correct in assuming this?
Can I use ant O-ring that is 63×2.5?

Can you send it to me also?
Gota be more specific. Do you need a service manual or a wiring diagram and for what machine?
I was referring to the wiring diagram but if there is a service manual available too, I would like that.
For the UForce  800.
PM sent with link.
Thank you.
Is the wiring diagram in with the Service Manual?

This is on my Uforce 800. It's not from hot air coming through the gaps or firewall. It's from just the heat coming through the center-wall plastic.

I don't like having to use a key on the glove box either.

UForce 800 / Heat on passengers side
May 29, 2021, 08:38:14 PM
I am wondering if anyone else has found a fix or a work around for the heat issue on the passenger's side.
The heat coming off the center console area on the passenger's side is extremely bad for the person sitting there.
It is hot on the driver's side also but a lot worse on the passenger's side.
Has anyone found a cure for this of something that will help?
