I have the same problem on my Cforce 820.
I thought there was some sensor error, but unfortunately it is not, sometimes when I stop the quad the oil pressure drops to zero and quickly rises again and therefore the oil light flashes.
Quad is 2017. Y. A possible problem is the oil pump, the oil pressure regulator and the worst flying bearings on the crankshaft. Did anyone destroy the engine on that 800/820 model?

I have the same problem on my 820.
On top of all that, the oil light started flashing and I learned that the oil pressure really drops to zero sometimes and now I'm afraid the engine won't be damaged
