have the same machine, had the same issue  ,   found that plug on fuel pump weather pack was pushed out and letting water in after washing machine,  you could obvious see the seal was pushed out,  hope that may help.   

had the same problem 2 years ago, was bad key switch on dash, no problems after replaced , hope that helps, i have the same machine

IF YOU INSTALL FENDER FLARES IT CUTS THE DUST SWIRL DOWN FROM THE TIRES, AND DIRECTS THE DUST OUT FROM THE CAB, I FOUND THIS HAS WORKED THE BEST. .   

I WENT TO MY LOCAL LOWES, GOT A ROLL OF LAWN EDGING UNDER TEN BUCKS, MADE MY OWN, THE WORK GOOD AND DONT LOOK TO BAD EITHER,

IM IN UTAH HAVING SAME PROBLEM, 700 MILES , 1ST ENGINE TICKING NOISE, DEALER STATED TIMING CHAIN STRETCHERED , ORDERED NEW ENGINE, INSTALLED NEW ENGINE HAS NO OIL PRESSURE, DEALER STATES TECH LINE STATED STUCK PRESSURE VALVE. WILL INSTALL NEW PRESSURE VALVE. I CALLED CFMOTO TODAY SPOKE WITH REP. HE WILL CHECK INTO IT, I DON'T WANT THIS ENGINE REPAIRED,I WANT ANOTHER ENGINE, THEY HAVE RUN ENGINE WITH NO OIL PRESSURE, WHAT KIND OF PRE MATURE WEAR HAS THIS NEW ENGINE HAVE WITH NO OIL PRESSURE. BEEN IN SHOP TO LONG. HOPE ALL COMES OUT WELL.

JUST A UPDATE ON KNOCKING NOISE, DEALER FOUND TIMING CHAIN ON FRONT CYL LOOSE, DISASSEMBLED ENGINE FOUND WILL NEED COMPLETE ENGINE ,DEALER  ORDERED SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, GOOD NEWS.

just a follow up, on engine knock, found timing chain has stretched. more dissemble required. will post when have more info .   

 I had the dealer do the first service at 300 miles, they also adjusted valves, at that time, oil level
is up, and oil is clean, they said they had to find out if factory wanted them to disassemble rest of engine, they said tentioner failed , cause chain to rub cover, my thoughts if cover has been rubbed wouldn't there be metal contamination in rest of engine which could cause major engine failure further down the road.  any thoughts, thanks for the info and reply.

Got my new 2016 z force 800, in July of 2016, 7 miles on new from dealer, now has 746 miles on,
started getting a loud ticking about around 380 miles when first starting up, thought may bey a valve noise, would go away after about 3-4 min, took in to the dealer, they called me stated it was the chain hitting the cover, states have called factory, still waiting on answer from factory.
BY the way the dealer has been great,  I was just wondering if any body else has seen this. Me and my wife just love the machine, and hope to have many more wonderful times.
