Hello. I drive a 2015 zforce 800 EX with 17000km in New Brunswick, Canada. Last month I changed my CVT drive belt with a Gates belt.I smelled a little rubber at first but the went away after 45 kms. Yesterday I did some pertty steep trail climbing. and as I neared the top of the first hill @ 35km/hr I heard a winding squeel fron the cvt drive belt. It was ok on the second hill and when I drove down them also. Should I be worried & what should I do to avoid the same situation again. I intend to climb again soon.
ps My motor & belt were cold at the time since I had just started my UTV.

Great idea I drive cfmoto zforce 800 EX with 11000km running on the same oem drive belt. I bought a Gates 4003691 belt on eBay paid 79.00$ cnd and will change it next week. I will report on performance once installed.

Sorry to hear of you problems. I had scap doors for 3years and am very ok with them. I ordered them with red decals and they are still in great condition. Stephan has always been ok supporting his product if the original was not tampered with. Did you remove the decals?

Thank you NMK. You are on target exactly. I tried to reset my oil change warning the day B4 my last ride & held the 2 buttons too long & entered the speedometer cal mode.I changed it to 300 thinking it was hours. (intervals between oil changes). Thanks I will put it back to 500. Keep up the good work man this forum needs you.

Went for a ride with my 2015 Zforce 800 Ex and noticed the speedometer reads about twice as fast as I was travelling according to another rider. I also noticed the RPM reads slightly higher also. Idle =1300 when it usually runs at 1000 RPM. My motor is not seemingly idling any faster than before this issue began. Anyone have experienced this problem also?

Took my 2015 Zforce 800EX to the shop in June for a broken park brake. It had 7509 km, got it back mid June drove some 3 km & the engine seized. Faught with the dealer till august 14
They did not want to fix their mistake. Contacted CFMoto Canada they asked me to ship the motor to them using another dealer and last Monday they called me to tell me they would fix my nightmare completele free of charge and pay for the disassembly & remounting at their expense. Great Service & Support Sylvain & Gaetan wow!!!

Hello All
I am new to cfmoto forum joined yesterday. I am jyouellette username jyouelle00, from Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada. I drive a 2015 ZForce 800EX EPS with 3500 KM on it. Three things annoying me about my machine are Dust, Mud & Gear shifter. The gear shifter always overshoots in park position since new.Next Problem, dust, changing stock air filter way too often due to the lack of pre filter @ the air intake inlet. Finally Mud issue this unit throws way too much mud in the cab because are not wide enough. If anyone has solutions to my concerns please feel free to share. THANKS
