First impressions are that the belt looks OK...but you need to do a full inspection on it and both clutches..paying attention to the helix ramps and pads on the secondary and condition of the plastic parts of the flyweights in the primary. Check the belt length and width too.
These are my original pads after 2.500 km. Cforce 800, 2016.

Hello guys and girls. I own a Cforce 800, from 2016. I recently bought a belt form Aliexpress, it was a Mitsuboshi
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005534987427.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.33.b2d91802fkEJaf
Seller told me that this is not original, but an imitation, and I ordered anyway.
I ran 250 km, and apparently it has stretched after some regular effort. A piece of garbage.
I gonna buy an Ultimax unit, I'm thinking about buying the short option UA483, instead the recommended UA484. It is 30 mm shorter. Why? Because I see that the standard version (969 mm) goes to close to the external case on the secondary pulley. If it stretches a little bit, it begins to touch the case when starting form stop position. Any tought about my idea? Regards...

CForce 800, X8 / 2016 CForce 800 driven pulley doubts...
July 02, 2023, 06:03:02 PM
Hello guys. My CF 800 was made in 2016, it has very few kilometers (2500). I never changed the belt. I was cheking it, and I saw something that catched my eye in the driven pulley.
As you can see in the first pictura, the belt is not evenly distributed in the driven pulley when the engine is off. I pops from the upper side, and gets inside the pulley in te opposite side. When I turn on the engine, and gas it, it works OK.

So, I measured the gap between the two faces of the pulley, in two different positions, and I see that the space is not the same. On one side the value is 42 mm, and from the other side 37 mm. It means that the pulley is not parallel when it is off.

Is this normal, or I have some issue with my driven pulley? You can also see in the pictures, that the surface of the belt is scratched, because it is touching the case when it starts moving. Regards,

This may seem like a dumb question but I didn't see any mention of it in your post...did you break the belt in properly? I just installed the same belt on my Zforce 950 HO EX and broke it in and have ran it hard every since and have NONE of the issues your describing which makes makes me think you may have a clutch issue, not a belt issue. Either way, keep us posted what you find find out. Good luck my friend
Hello, how did you brake it? Any particular recommendation?

Hi, this is a mistery for me too. I'm a new CForce user, so I had no time yet to test different configratios. The only think I suggest you, is to test the adjustmend knobs in extreme positions (all the way right or left), in order to be able to notice any difference in the performance of the shock absorbers.

September 02, 2020, 05:24:24 PM
Hi, did you solve the issue? It seems to be related with the oil moving forward and to the sides, evertime you brake or turn rapidly. This is tipically due to a low oil level. The oil intake tube is note deeply inmersed into the oil, so, every time the oil flows away, it fails in sucking up the fluid. You mentioned that the service guy overfilled the engine with oil, and the problem was almost solved. It makes me think that there is some tube/pipe disconnected in the oil circuit, and the oil pump is sucking the fluid from a higher level than it should. Is this teory makes any sense to you? Regards,
