CForce 800 XC / Re: Secondary clocking
January 14, 2022, 05:06:06 AMQuote from: Shadetree1985 on November 03, 2021, 02:26:51 PM
Ordered a 1021 spring and 18g weights. Going to 30" tires. I have the tires already. What can I clock the secondary to until I get the parts?
How'd these settings work out with the 30" tires? are you at B2, 1021 spring, 18 G weight?

I'm at B2 with 30" silverback tires. I have yet to change the weights.

Unfortunately, after ripping the boot on my right rear I looked hi and lo for aftermarket axles...I was unsuccsesful for mine (2021 model). I opted to replace the boot, I believe you will need an OEM.
With the growing popularity of CFMOTO you would think an aftermarket axle would be available?

turns out with enough complaining to both the original dealer and CFMoto Canada, they miraculously came up with the part and the bike should be fixed in 3-5 days...believe it when I see it. Turns out you just need to scream loud enough to get results.

That would be a plan...accept now I can't get the bike from the dealer without signing a waiver and voiding my warranty. CFMoto Canada says they have 5 shipping containers full of parts that have arrived at their Canadaian head office (Quebec) and the sensors are in container 5...will take them 2 weeks to go through them. Guess I could always order the part off Ebay myself and take it to the dealer. My luck they would say they couldn't install it cause it didn't come directly from CFmoto!

Hey guys, I never did get this issue fixed. Just wanted to update on the shitty service and run around I'm getting. Since the dealer I bought it from would not provide any support, I took it to another dealer. The code and issue has been presenting more frequently now and it has left me stranded on the trails once for an hour (it finally started and I got home with it).
This dealer said they hooked it up to their scanner and pulled the code (Guess the dealer I bought it from couldn't do this
) they need to replace the CPS (good call NMKawierider) so they will replace it..her's the kicker, part is back ordered 2 months!!! seriously...2 months! and this dealer will only give me the bike back if I sign a waiver stating they informed me that continuing to drive it could cause damage to the motor?...I will admit I'm not to savy when it comes to mechanics but that makes no sense to me. What about the 1370 KMs I put on it since day one? will it already have impacted the life of this motor?
What a joke, you purchase something new for reliability and peace of mind, now I'm sitting without a ride during prime riding season. Currently fighting with both CFMoto Canada and the dealer where purchased for some sort of compensation..not getting far though.
Fun times!

Hey guys,
Anyone out there experience a no start with error code 0337? When I bought my cforce XC and brought it home it wouldn't even start to get it off the truck...extremely p*ssed I took it back to dealer the very next morning to have it checked, only to find when I went to start it it fired right up! Not being able to duplicate the issue they told me to take it home. Since then I have put 850 Km's on it and the issue has presented on a couple other occasions.
Research tells me the code is "crankshaft phase sensor - no signal". Thing is if I leave it for 24 hours it starts. Dealer still says nothing wrong?

Guess I should have waited before posting...got it out, had to remove from differential end first...LOL
Unfortunately though I must have ordered the wrong part number as the replacement axle is not the same
Go Figure!!!
Anyone know an aftermarket part number for one that fits 2021?

CForce 800 XC / Right Rear axle replacement
January 30, 2021, 08:05:36 AM
Hey guys...anyone changed the rear CV axles in their cforce? I'm in the process of changing my RR due to boot being cut open by a bent shield (not the greatest shield, bike broke through ice and it bent up into boot and completley severed it).
Anyway, would seem I have to remove the whole swing arm to get the axle out? given the swing arm mounts in a very hard to reach area just looking for advise if this is what actually needs to be done? Tried youtube and searching the net but cant find anything.
Thanks!

Call Main Street Cycle for your airdam clutch kit (662) 438-6407, I got my clutch kit from there, it was around $150 i think, ( I got a few other things too ) I had it within 3 days.
I've reached ot to mainstreet and airdam directly a dozen times...even inquired through mainstreets online parts inquiry and I have had zero response from both...well actually Adam from airdam initially responded saying he could help but after answering his questions regarding driving style and tire size I was looking to increase to he hasleft me in the dark...no further communication!
Is there no one else that does clutch kits for these things? surely someone has increased their tire size and needed clutch work...
