I had the same problem. I'm assuming you are fuel injection, not carb..
I took the fuel pressure regulator apart and the small o-ring had split. Put a new regulator in and, much better. Still overnight I will cycle the key at least twice, sometimes three times before I try cranking it. Starts pretty good then.

I guess it did work. Although sideways.

Glad I found this forum! Hi everyone. I have been searching for awhile for any and all information on Cfmoto engine and parts components. I have a side x side that was supposedly built by a company in Texas. Now out of business, and used the name Titan. They used the cf166b engine in my 500 Titan Explorer. When they had a website up, around 2011-12 before I purchased this one, they also had electric ones.
Anyway I'm doing some work on it, trying to fix the hard starting issue. What I have read on the forum has helped a lot, should have the needed parts by July 3rd.
