It has seen a little bit of mud but washed since. I verified that coolant is flowing with the radiator cap off I can see it. With the cap off coolan did overflow out of the top leading me to think I might have an air pocket. Can you tell me where the burp screw is? I cant seem to find it. With the machine running idle in garage it took about 20 minutes to hit 3 bars and fan kicked on pushing back to 2 very quickly. It's been repeating this cyle for about 30 minutes.

I'm about 1150 miles. Most of which was during the winter (less than 40 degrees), this was the first time really riding it hard in warmer weather.

UForce 800 / Over Heating
April 07, 2021, 07:51:39 AM
My 2020 is having some issues with over heating. The fan kicks in at 3 bars, but moves to 4 pretty consistently on cool days. I had it out this past weekend and it hit 5 bars on a 70 degree day and jumped to 6 before quickly going back to 5. I verified coolant levels and they look fine. It's still under warranty should I take it in? Something easy to check?

Mine would stall when I first started it, I changed the air filter and it stopped doing it. Not sure if the air filter actually helped or it was just a coincidence.

Has anyone found a replacement latch for the glove box? I don't like having to use a key every time I want to open it.

UForce 800 / Uforce 800 Tire Size
June 17, 2020, 10:06:24 AM
I'm buying a 2020 Uforce 800 this weekend and I want to increase the tire size from 26 to 27 inch tires. Do I need to add spacers? Will it rub?
