Many with the EX suspension as the 1000s do have and with a 2" lift put 30" on their stock wheels with no rubbing issues. 29s shouldn't be a problem but know you will want to do some clutch work at some point. A few more bucks in some wheels you can go square..all the same with all the same offset and run 29x10s all the way around. Modern...and you can rotate them.
Ok. Im having a hard time determining if the rims i look at are lug centric or not?
As far as the clutch goes, are you talking about reclocking or parts replacment?

Need some help with making a decision on tire size. 2019 Z1000. The stock tires are a little beat up and have 2600+- miles on them. Stock tire are 27-9-14 and 27-11-14. I put on the "Razor" 2" lift. Im trying to decide on staying stock size or upsizing to 28s or 29s. From what i can tell/heard 28-9-14+28-11-14s will fit without rubbing. However im but thinking maybe id like the additional clearance of 29-9-14+ 29-11-14. I cant find out if the 29s will rub. Im trying to stay with the stock rims if i can

Does a Mobil 1 full synthetic motor oil or similar meet the requirements to run in a 19 Z1000?
Just compare what your manual says to the specs listed on the oil manufacturer's site.
Is the JASO rating meant for wet clutches?

Can anyone weigh in on the + - for putting 28x10-14 on the stock 2019 Z1000 rims where they are 9" and 11"? Im looking at the Tusk Terrabites but im reading they run small so this is the reason for going with the 28.
