Thats awesome, and thanks for putting the picture up, it makes the exploded diagram a lot easier to understand.  Now just have to wait for the rack gear to come back into stock because they are on backorder at the moment.

I have not had to change it but on my 2015 Z I have had it apart. Its very easy. Just pull the actuator, then there is a pin you unscrew on the outside of the case and slide out. It and the fork just comes straight out. Just replace it with the new one in reverse order. Get yourself a fresh O-ring for the actuator and lube it and the actuator noise before reinstalling it. Piece of cake.

My CF520 (Australian Spec) wont go into 4x4 and I suspect that I have either damaged the gear fork or the rack gear in the front differential.  The part I am referring too is Q830-310004.
Has anyone changed one of these themselves, I am interested in how hard it was.  Im pretty mechanically minded and would prefer to do it myself rather than trailer the quad all the way to a dealer.
