When you put a new belt on, then you have to check the clearance between the belt and the drive pulley.
If you have not enough clearance you need to put a shim after the driven pulley.

Part number shim = 0GR0-050001-00001

If the clearance is to small then you have difficulties to shift.

It's better to change the thermoswitch to the older style switch partnumber 0010-135000

Until there is a new update from the factory

The only thing to change is the electrical connector.

The 3 digit number is for the speedometer correction, bigger wheels = bigger circumference = higher number

3 or 4? digit is to adjust the speed/odometer.

Have you done a reset with the cf-moto service pda to clear the current and past dtc's ?
