ZForce 1000 (2018 & 2019) / ECU cable extender
February 09, 2023, 02:59:19 AM
Seems ECU box is not as waterproof as it seems, does anyone know solution for extending it? Would like to move it to the roof. What type of connections do I need? OBD2?

ZForce 1000 (2018 & 2019) / Zforce 1000 snorkel
June 10, 2021, 07:53:51 AM
Hi, here is manual on how to make snorkel for zforce 1000,
This is just to get an idea, I would not suggest to make it like this one, as this particular setup overheats CVT belt and makes them break much more often(not enough airflow to cool down the belt due to pipes being small diameter). Installing intake fan and bigger pipes is a better option.

Solved the problem. While my previous belt exploded it somehow sucked allot of belt parts into my snorkel, even thought I checked the ends and thought I cleaned it. What happened was when I was driving for those five minutes, some belt parts fell down and started to rub on the new belt creating smoke and noise. I took it apart and cleaned both CVT and snorkel, and now its running like new.

As I understand UA 485 suppose to fit my zforce 1000 according to their website.
I just replaced the belt with new one and drove it for like 5 minutes. There was just 1 little uphill and then I noticed smoke and little "whining", stopped and towed it back home.

Hi,
Just installed a new UA485 Ultimax belt on my Zforce 1000, and in begining it was fine, driving like new but the after driving at 40km/h I started to hear some sounds like little whining, and smoke was coming out of the cvt exhaust, still driving fine thought.  I stopped right away and towed it back home to not ruin anything more.

The question is it normal and it's just breaking in? Or I have done something wrong, and installed it wrongly.
I will take it apart again tomorrow just incase and take a look.

Another thing, previous belt feel apart when I was driving at like 60-70km/h.

Thank you for your time, any help would be appreciated.

ZForce 1000 (2018 & 2019) / Re: Zforce lift kit

Made me wan't to do 3inch but already bought the 2inch. So will try with that.
I also found some Russian made lift kits, might buy snorkel or radiator lift from them.

Yes I will be using led lights. Also I am thinking about heated seats, and bilge fan for cvt to reduce temperature, but they are all low wattage.
I will try to figure out that relay box wiring.

Hi, thank you for helping again.
I am planing on putting one work light 45w on the back and light bar about 75w+ on front. I have seen that relay box you are talking about but not sure where the accessory contacts are.

I see. Thank you for giving this info.  By rear on top you mean it must go on top mount of the rear spring?

ZForce 1000 (2018 & 2019) / Zforce lift kit
February 07, 2020, 01:17:50 AM
Hi, I am thinking of making this https://www.superatv.com/cfmoto-zforce-1000-2-5-lift-kit
lift kit by myself as I am located in Europe it's really expensive to ship. Do any of you have dimensions? From my understanding its 2,5 inch tall, the inner diameter is the same as the suspension shaft and outer diameter on is similar to upper ring.
