Final report!
It was the Signal A fuse!!! I tried chasing the wire, and I didn't get very far. I decided to try checking fuses again. I saw "Signal A" and "Signal B", and from the service manual, I knew they had something to do with power. So I checked the Signal A fuse, 15A, and it was blown. I replaced it, and everything came on as if nothing had ever happened! Many thanks to NMKawierider for the help and manual!

With the wiring diagram, I found that the battery goes to the Main fuse (aka Charge fuse on mine). The input to the Signal A fuse comes from the Charge fuse. The Signal A fuse feeds power to various things, one of which is the power pin on the dashboard!! So if your dashboard goes black, check the Signal A fuse first!!

Sadly, I have scoured the wiring diagram 4 times, and the accessory block is not shown. I did find the pin on the dashboard for power, so maybe that will help a little.

Thank you so much! This should help a lot. I have a service manual for my Uforce, and it helped out a lot.

2023 Zforce 800 Trail G2
I'll start by saying, yes, I know I am an idiot!

I very stupidly tried to jump start it by connecting to the B+ terminal in the accessory block. After about 3 attempts, the dash went black and nothing works except the headlights!

Does anyone know where the wire goes and if there is a fuse somewhere? I am really hoping that I didn't blow the ECU. How could I check that? The starter also won't engage at all.

Basically, the only thing that works is the headlights, both the actual lights and the indicator on the dash.

Oh yeah!!! If I touch my finger to the main relay, I can feel and hear it click when I turn on the key.

UForce 500 / Re: Broken fuel pump cap

Thanks again. I don't have a gauge, and I can't even find the injector, and the service manual doesn't mention anything about all of this! It is about worthless! But this is good information.

Update: I cleaned the throttle body again, and this time I did it meticulously. It runs now! So I guess I missed something the first time. I did clean out the sensor hole, so that might be what it was. The sensor telling the machine to take more gas when it didn't need it. Anyway, it works now. I will keep in mind your suggestions for the future...and get the fuel pressure tested when I can.

Thanks. I have no idea how to measure the pressure in the fuel tank.

UForce 500 / Broken fuel pump cap

This is a general question...if the cap for the fuel pump is cracked, will that cause the engine to sputter at higher RPMs? It idles okay. It also uses a LOT of gas.

I have changed the spark plug, tested compression at 145 PSI, cleaned the throttle body twice, gapped the valves, and it still sputters.

CForce 600 , X6 / How do you adjust the clutch?
January 13, 2021, 06:56:22 PM
I searched for "adjust clutch", and all I get is a couple of posts about "you may need to adjust your clutch".

My brand new quad was running nice. Then, with about 90 miles on it, it started clanging down around the clutch area. I took it in and got it fixed under warranty. Now when I give it gas it takes a lot longer to engage. When I come to a stop, the brake kicks in and stops me like 20 feet before a stop sign. I can't roll up to the sign anymore. Also, when I give it gas, I have to give it more and more until it lurches. Before, I gave it a bit of gas and it bumped but it didn't lurch. It is now out of warranty.

I thought I remembered something from last year about adjusting the clutch, but I can't find it now. Can anyone help out? I have found several videos about taking it out and disassembling it, but nothing about adjusting it.

Mine wasn't registering at all when it was new. I took it back and they changed the fuel sensor under warranty. Now it works perfectly.

my cf600 moves fine when under gas, buts slows with the engine break system naturally, ya I'd check the brake system.
How many hours on your 2019 CFORCE600? ( sfrasher)

I don't know how many hours, but it has 56 miles on it. I haven't even gotten through break-in yet, and I have had to put gas in it twice. I think I need to loosen the brake a bit!

My new 2019 CForce 600, right off the floor, always said it was empty of gas. I had the fuel sensor changed under warranty. Now I know that I have at least 1/2 tank, and the gauge says it's almost empty! I think their senders are just crap! I am going back to the old method of topping off before a trip and take an extra gallon along.

As a quick test, I put it in neutral. I can easily roll it back and forth on gravel. So I guess it is normal. My idea of "sluggish" must need tuning!

With me not knowing anything at all...my dealer said "If you want speed, get the 800. If you want to just go on trails and have fun, get the 500". I weigh about 180. My old Polaris 325 was more than enough power for me, one person only. I'm still too new to a side-by-side to make any judgement.

For the jerking on take off, I don't have that problem at all. It is pretty smooth. It seems sluggish, but the dealer says that is normal.

New '19 CForce 600. When I hit the gas, it seems sluggish and doesn't want to go. Is this normal? It kinda feels like the parking brake is on. If I let off the gas, it slows down quickly as if I was using the brake. My old Polaris would roll for a ways before slowing down.

Is this normal, or does it sound like the brake is too tight?
