I have a 2019 uf500 with only 89 miles showing on the clock. The speedometer and The tack don't work. This indicates the speed sensor is at fault, but I can't seem to find the speed sensor location, can anyone tell me as to where it is located?

I can't seem to open the front storage compartment located under the hood. There is supposed to be a tool kit located inside. Any suggestions on how to open it. I don't want to force or break the cover.
