Having a temperature control issue.  The fan will work normally when riding for a half hour or so, the temperature will move between 3 and 4 bars depending on what the fan is doing. 

Since the fan was not spinning, I thought it was the thermoswitch, so I replaced it.  Bled the system.

I let it idle for a while in the driveway.  Worked just fine for a while, then I started to notice the fan would be on longer every cycle.  It started at about 2 minutes on and about 40 second off.  After 6 or 7 cycles, it was about 10 minutes on and 40 seconds off.  I *think* at the end cycles the fan was not as loud as it was in the beginning.

Seems like 10 minutes is a long time for the fan to be on.  Maybe I am hitting the duty cycle and it is shutting down?  It was recommended to me to replace the an since this is a problem this person new of in at least three XC's.

Anyone have any thoughts about this before I replace a $250 fan.

I have a 2019 800xc.  This past weekend was the second time the engine got hot.  The fan relay was very hot.  I th8nk it stopped working until it cooled off.  This was after about 40 miles on trails at about 5 or 10 miles per hour.  It was about 55 degrees F. 

Is there a higher quality relay I can get that will hold up a bit better to heat?

I have not been able to get the app work either.

Looking for the rear skid plate if you have one laying around. 

I bought, received and mounted this box.  Took about 15 days to get.  Ordered it with two jerry cans.  Fits perfectly, strong and good looking.  Well worth the money.

Figured I'd check if anyone has found a service manual for the 2020 model CForce 800 XC.  There are a few places to get the 2019. and earlier, but I can't find a 2020.  Anybody have any luck finding one?

Hello,  We purchased a new left over 2019 CForce 800 camo.  We ordered it with a low.  This is our first ATV.  The closest thing we have to this is a 5 hp mini bike.

We bought it for two main reasons, plow and move a car trailer around a bit.  But after looking into it more, we are definatley going to  trail ride with this.  If all goes as planned we may get a second one or a Zforce.
