Mine is a 2023 Z force 950 sport seems to be doing the same thing, I have it at the dealer, hopefully they are addressing the hard start issue as well as not going into 4wd. 

Hoping for some information.
Bought this "Brand new' this year July 2025, from CF Moto dealer in my area. tried to start it about six to eight times, finally started but check engine light came on, took in to dealer, after about a week and a half, they said it was fixed along with the shock recall. Fast forward a week, I finally have time to go play with it and I cannot get it to lock into 4 wheel drive.  Park it until I can get it back to dealer and it will not start until I cranked it six or eight times. Getting really frustrated, any ideas.
