Acts like in neutral the ground the gear selector provides is allowing the ignition to partly function and once it is moves out of that it stops. Check that all three grounds are still attached to the front bolt on the CVT cover. That would be the main battery cable and the two chassis returns. Rolling twists and flexes everything enough that it could have broken one of these. If all is well check the continuity of the two harness system grounds. There may be a pulled-spot or broken connector somewhere. And if you live in wet country, consider using a cable-luber on the throttle and any other cables it has every couple of years. I do mine once every three years down here.

Thank you I will definitely look into those!!

ZForce 500/550 / 2018 CF Moto Z-Force 500

So i bought this CF Moto 500 from someone online, of which they babied it! After I got it, I was riding it, and the throttle cable got stuck, which resulting in this machine flipping over me twice before coming to a rest on it's side, where it remained for about 10 minutes before I was able to finally get it rolled back over. Ever since then, I have had issues with it not wanting to run, then when I can get it to stay running (in neutral, of course) & I go to shift into gear, it then proceeds to not want to run. It acts like it isn't getting any fuel & just continues to stall out & bog down when I'm on the throttle. I have since had a shop to look at it & to my surprise, the couldn't figure out the issue either. We have replaced the battery (because it set for a few months without being ran, causing low battery voltage), we have replaced the map sensor, the injectors, checked the valve clearance, the throttle body & we have even gone as far as buying a new fuel pump, thinking that might be the issue. Not sure what else to check, just know this thing is becoming a hassle, lol. HELP!!
