I have about 3000 miles on my 2023 and the throttle was one of my top complaints. After I got a feel for the throttle I can control it much better. I still get the occasional jerkiness but it isn't one of my top complaints anymore. My daughter has a trick where she places half of her shoe on the pedal and the other half on the ledge beside the pedal to help control the pressure she applies it seems to work. I do like the foam idea for a simple fix

I have read where they are attaching a piece of 2x4 to the side of the tunnel to rest their foot ... I can see where this would help .... They just need to fix the problem ... I can hardly get my wife to drive ours because of it ... (keep in mind that we are 74 tho ;) )

Just coming in here just saw this thread. I have a 2024 with 5 hours on it and have noticed very jerky throttle. So apparently problem has not been addressed . I like the foam I'm gonna try that. Had anyone come up with anything else ? Thanks all

I have worked on this problem since day one ... I finally sold my 22 because of it ... I', going to try a 24 but sounds like the same OLD problem ... this is really the only complaint I have with the Uforce 1000 ...
Some things that have helped for me are .... The foam as pictured .... some are using a washing heavy foam washing pad to pretty thing up a bit ... I'll try and post a couple of pictures of helpers ... The bungie strap worked great (two of them) just a little red neck .... The spring works good but I had to build a bracket hooked to the throttles top bolt to hold the spring ..... The problem is in the electronics of the throttle.. it is to sensative and I think would be and easy fix for a otherwise great machine.

Anyone using their Uforce 1000 to push snow ... Haven't used mine yet but looks like it should work  ... I have a piece of pipe on my blade as I push gravel drives for myself and close neighbors ... Hoping the pipe will be eaiser on the gravel.

It works great not really cold here yet was out on sat was -1 deg Celsius an I had to turn it down to 1 it was quiet warm running slow trails
On main runs over 50kph I've got some air gaps still but it keeps you warm on 5
I also have fans on my ceiling to blow he heat around on to the window
I ordered mine from Amazon

Here's a similar one on the u.s site
It's not the same other then the shape an size so you'll have to search an pick one you like
I think there all about the same
It was the size an shape that sold me so it will fit under the box cover

Much appreciated and Thank you ... I'll check it out.

Lazydayz .... do you have a link for the heater ... How is it working out now that you have had time to test it?

I think this is a great ideal ... if someone has ran a snorkel trying to get cleaner air ... I would love to see it .... the uforce 1000 may be the worst sxs I've owned for dusty filter.
I use ma's panty hose to cover the filter and clutch intake cover ..... and a prefoam filter I had laying around for the filter intake ... but .. I like LazyDayz system better ... I just had this stuff around.

Here is how I got rid of the rev limiter  .... works great .... I was looking for a yellow wire ... but ... if you read the comments someone ask if it's the yellow blue wire on the uforce 1000 and it is ... second row .. eighth wire in ... YELLOW with BLUE strip

I did use brake cleaner then followed up with alcohol.
I did the same thing with the heat shield using the exhaust wrap.
I also had alot of plastic vibration and rattle on the front of seat pedestal and used some rubber hose to wedge in a few places to stop it ... I hate a rattle also and fixing things that shouldn't have been a problem.

That would be my thought also ... it almost has to be in the ecu telling it to shut down at 5000 rpm ... I sure hate it too :( ... thats when it starts pulling good.

Must be something wrong then. Low fuel pressure can also limit power and RPM and will do so no matter what drive mode it's in. Water in the tank or the fuel filter can also cause low volume. Something to check at least.
[/quote]

Never thought about that .... it does crank right up and run the best .......when you floor it ... it runs and pulls hard right up to around 5000 rpm .... then acts like you shut it off then comes right back to rev limiter
The normal and work mode seem to work as it should ... running along in normal and switch to work mode speeds it right up and vice versa.
I'll do some more research and see if we can get it running ..Appreciate the help  8)

It does have 30x10x15 liberty tires.

RNG primary kit

Doesn't matter if belt is locked or not ... runs the same.
Is in 2 wheel drive.

If it was in deep mud ... I doubt it would have enough power to clean the tires :( ...

2022 uforce 1000 ... hits the Rev limiter at 5000 .. doesn't matter if seat belt is plugged in or not ... does it in both work and normal mode ... low or high gear ... I don't know how fast it will run on road ... im more interested in low end for work and trail.
Will a ecm tune help ... any help is much appreciated.
