supplementing the sleds
« on: March 02, 2016, 08:25:57 AM »
Hey guys new to the ATV world,
Since the snow was not that great this year, just picked up this ride, looking to find out how to put the cargo net doors on.

Looking forward to reading and learning about these things in here.

Probably never going to be cleaner then this...

Just took my side nets off. As you can see in the photo, they clip top and back, then on the lower side front there is two straps that just screw into the pan plastics inside down low. I would rig the rest and stretch it out to find the right place for the screws.

OR..but a set of doors from Ronin...:)

I think you just set everything else and stretch those two out and see where it makes sense and the pull correctly on the web.

You might want to invest in doors.  I, and my wife, both were annoyed on how much mud kicks up from the front tires.  my left leg and her right leg would be either soaked or muddy when we got back.  I did extend the area behind the wheel to prevent this.  Helped a little.

Enjoy the ride.  they are awesome.

Information correction:

I just took a look where my door net screws were and they did use the mounting screws between the mid-plastics and the pan to mount the nets. Its the two screws to the front and lower of each door.

Saw open holes with threaded metal behind them. So I pulled the screws out of my nets and re-installed them.
