Howdy-hey! This is my first post. My husband and I have 2 CF Moto's.
Our first purchase was the 2012 ZForce 600EX Z6. Our newest is the 2015 ZForce 800EX EPS that we purchased in April 2015. We bought both brand new.

Both machines are great, but night & day difference in power. We are currently looking to sell the Z6 on eBay. Sadly, not much luck, despite it having less than 900 miles and we are offering it for $6700. Has anyone else sold their Z6 in California, U.S.?
We have had two bad deals on eBay...people bid, but never coughed up the $. The first person begged me to let it go for $900. What a joke.

Hope to get to know more about people's experience with finding accessories for these toys. We have had some luck, and modified others.

My husband built a lift kit for the z6, but removed it and put it on the 800 when we bought that. We have the best clearance in our group! Love it  ;)

Happy trails,
Christie

Welcome.  :D Nice looking machine.
Just one thing, tying down to the body could have problems when the suspension compressors through a bump. This lets your straps go slack, then as suspension returns the straps snap tight and I have seen them break. I always strap to the suspension arms as these are a constant height from the trailer bed.

Welcome. Good info here to find. Post up some pics and how you did the lift. Many here would find it helpful. I have a z6. I would have bought the z8 had they offered the 53" at the time, but I like it enough to keep it a little while longer.

Thank you for all the warm welcomes. I will ask my hubby about posting the lift kit. He is a smart cookie!

I had to edit my original post to state that our 800 is a 2015, not 2014. My husband corrected me. We have too many vehicles to remember! Plus ours is the EPS...how could I forget the power steering? What a dream! If you think it doesn't make much difference, you are sorely mistaken. I have had -ahem- a couple of mishaps (crashes), and had I had the strength to correct my steering I probably wouldn't have had to have back surgery.
That was on a Polaris Sportsman 500...blah blah..details I don't know. I do know my husband's Sportsman us the H.O. and mine isn't. Yes, we still own the ATVs, but typically ride the side-by-side. He drives and I stay relaxed & safe :)

Regarding the lift kit: Hubby said he will post pics tonight!

He engineered his own and doesn't want to make/sell them - just from a liability, and legal aspect. Although he is an engineer by trade, came up with his own template and machined them in his own, if he sold them and they were similar to something someone else has copyrighted, patented, or any other rights too, it could pose problems we don't want. Additionally, if there were a failure of a part he made, we don't want any lawsuits.

He did say that he found some after market lift kits online for the CFMoto, but with a $299 price tag, he knew he could just figure it out on his own. So he did.
