Bought this unit new from Thompson Powersports in Terra Haute last summer. It's a 2015 and I love the machine.
But, I've had some big problems even though I have only 50 hours on it.
The front differential drive shaft bearing went south and they had to replace the whole differential.
Now, the brakes are locking up when I ride it and the rotors are super hot. I suspect the master cylinder but I'm not a mechanic. Any one else have any ideas?

I would remove all calipers, inspect the slides, brake pads, clean them, reassemble and flush the brake fluid with high quality fluid. Before I considered buying any parts.

What Bob said. Dry/rusty caliper pins or bad slides have been the source of brakes hanging up on me. I use syn. brake grease, brush in the cap....so nice

Yep, I am a maintainance freak. I took my dirt bike calipers off yesterday, cleaned them up, deglazed the pads, put new slider pins on it, then flushed the fluid out with Maxima Super Hi Temp 600 DOT4 fluid (Not sure what fluid the CF Moto takes so dont assume). Things like this is what keeps a machine working for many years, and properly.

The first couple times I had mine out the brakes would also lockup I called and was told my brake pedal needed more play and to adjust it; that fixed the problem for me (hope your is an simple fix)..

I too had adjustment problems on the first ride. Bad assembly by the dealer's apprentice.
