Hi  everyone just purchased a new z1000 so far so good about 750kms
Any thing I need to know please let me know as far as things to look for loose parts or recalls etc ....thanks

Welcome. CF Moto has apparently ironed out earlier common details that could stand checking on a new machine but it wouldn't hurt to make sure underside bolts esp suspension are properly tight. Take off the passenger seat and make sure the big fuel pump screw ring is properly hand tight (mine took another 1/4 turn) Depending on terrain in your area you might consider a good aftermarket skid plate. The thin plastic one you get doesn't cover the two low thin wall metal 'baskets' just in front of the back tires and one of them has part of the gas tank just on the other side.

I'll make sure I go over all my suspension bolts and check my fuel pump and I'll be adding some after market parts in the near future will post some pics soon
