Hi all,

My name is Eric and I run a 2015 Quadzilla CF Moto X8 EPS 2015.
Just fitted front and rear Storm Nudge bars and put some fresh tyres all round as the originals started to give problems after 1300 miles.
I now have the CST Ancla tyres on and it feels good to be fair.

I do have a question if you guys can help.
The shock absorbers all round can be adjusted not only by spring preload, but there are dials top and bottom with an arrow point one way with S and an arrow pointing the other way with F.

The handbook does not explains what this means...can anyone help???
I can only think it may be Fast and Slow, but what would that do if that was the answer....

To answer your ? ...I am quite certain that you are correct in the assumption that the F & S, is fast and slow. Someone with way more knowledge should chime in shortly and provide you with the real answer that you are looking for!

I did forget to mention I live in the United Kingdom, in a place called Dover which sits on the South East Coast of the UK 21 miles from France.

Spent a lovely day in Brighton a few years ago. Had a blast on the bumper cars there. First time I ever saw a stone (pebble) beach!

On the shocks, Yes, F & S mean Fast and Slow. These are valves to control the rate the fluid travels through the valve. If there are two valves, the one on the bottom is for rebound. This controls how fast the shock extends back out after taking an impact that compresses it. You want some restriction here to reduce the bounce effect. The other if it has it will be on top and its is for compression, that is how fast the shock compresses say..when you hit a rock. This can make it feel stiff to mushy. In either consider them as hydraulic valves that control fluid flow. It either goes through faster or slower. Tuning these is very important for ride and control as together they effect every aspect of your experience.
