I think they're talking about the cf500 quad. Not the Z500 SXS.
In any case, before you leave the dealer have them put in a uni filter or twin air air filter.

I'm picking up a 5 zforce in a few days have u had any problems with oil in the air box I've heard some 500s are getting oil in the air box but u have a sharp ride

I got oil in the air box after my last ride. Only have about 150 miles so far. I just changed out the stock filter for a UNI filter. Will see if this solves the problem. Other than that this is an awesome machine. My advice would be to get rid of the stock air filter as soon as possible.

The 500 engines have a defect in that they cast oil up the crankcase vents to the air boxes. There is a something they do like install a baffle and run the oil level a little lower. Installing a Unifilter will increase air flow which should increase vacuum levels on the airbox and consequently increase oil coming up the vent. Do check on this when you get yours that the fix has been done.

So what u are talking about is a siphon break it sounds like or a air oil seperator the hi sun I had had a air oil seperator on it but the oil would collect in a clear tube capped off and leak all over the ground and then I tried a siphon break with no luck I spoke to the  dealer and he said they had heard nothing of this problem and there where no recalls just a bulletin from the cf moto factory on hon to properly check the oil level I'm starting to wonder if I can get my cash deposit back but the dealer is say that I ordered it

It may come already fixed. The problem was on the first 500s so yours is fresh off the line.
