New Ontario CFMoto owner
« on: November 15, 2017, 10:31:15 AM »
Hey there group members. Just picked up a 17 ZForce 800 EPS Trail and I have to say I am impressed so far. Moving from a Suzuki 500 Vinson to a side by side is going to help these older bones alot at the end of a day. Already ordered a TwinAir filter, a light bar and looking for some fender flares to keep the mud down. My local dealer doesn't show a listing for flares for a 17, has anyone used the flare kit they list for the 14 600 on a newer model?

Welcome. Yes, people do and have used the flares from the 2014 Z6 (non EX)on their 800 trails and 53's with great success. I made my own but if they ever need replacing, that's what I'll be buying.

Nice color  8) & yes the early flares will work just fine. Somewhat fiddly to install, drilling & a little cutting  ;)
ZF 800 LX Trail, stock for now.......not for long.

Located right outside Windsor so Michigan trails are very close by. LED light bar is here and flares are ordered so should get it installed and more pics soon. Thanks for all the welcoming greetings.

Alpha-Sports. Look at the 2014 Z6..not the EX...sorry..I though it was the ex but I just looked them up.

Here what they look like on a Z6..not a great shot but I like the smoothness of these over the EX versions.

Thanks NMK,

I know I had seen them somewhere stateside but I could not remember where.

Now that I am running spacers I found the tires kick up the mud right toward our snorkels...
Fix one problem and gain a dozen more...LOL
