im picking up a cforce 1000 tomorrow and any advice is welcome

what should i do to it?
what should i avoid doing to it?

ive been racing enduro since 2012 on ktms so i already know step 1 is to dismantle as much as is easy and:
-grease
-loctite
-dielectric grease

i dont know jack about CVT,power steering, tire selection

help me out help me pimp my new ride

Welcome. First, find a better air filter. We recommend Unifilter where ever possible. Next, go through every nut,bolt and screw possible and check for correct torque and cotter pins.

Sense about 2018 all service manuals have to be gotten through an authorized dealer...and most have been hard-copy. I have lots of manuals but none for the newer machines except the 18-19 ZF1000s and the 20-23 Z950s. And those were thanks to members here who got digital copies.

I purchased a factory service manual from CFMOTO USA Parts

First thing I added was a battery tender.  I live in Minnesota and park my CFORCE 400 in an unheated garage.  I use it for plowing snow, so with the battery tender, it's always ready to start.
