Just got my first side by side about two hours ago. I chose the Uforce 500 and seem to have a couple of problems right away. Have only driven it about a half mile and the first problem was that I noticed was when accelerating, when I got above 20 MPH it started to cut out and sorta buck. Below 20 it is smooth. I'm suspecting there must be something like a rev limiter. Any help is appreciated.

Secondly the indicator immediately to the right of the park indicator, started blinking constantly. I returned home and parked it. It now blinks constantly as soon as I turn on the key. There are no intervals or series of flashes, it just blinks constantly. I am using fresh 90 octane non ethenol fuel.

And also just need some info on the 4 wheel, 2 wheel buttons and the lock. Am i correct in assuming that the rear axles are always locked, and the lock button is just for the front drive? Thanks for any info, as I said this is my first off road creature and I'm older than dirt.

Welcome. I assume it's new so I would be taking it back to the dealer. It may only be that the seat belt needs to be buckled but the flashing light says something else.

Well today I called dealer (4 hours away) and the service guy said to bring it in. I asked if there was a quick fix to clear the flashing light but he said "If things were that easy to fix we wouldn't need service centers would we"? Wasn't happy with his attitude and I agree but I think he could have said it in a different way. I told him I would find a dealer locally as they could probably use the work. This morning I disconnected the negative battery cable for about 10 minutes, then reinstalled it. Still had the flashing light. Started it up and backed it out of garage and flashing went away. Took wife on about a 12 mile tour of the woods and sand and had no more problems. Hope this was just a fluke, but not counting on it. The buckiing and rev limiting above 20 mph I mentioned, was because of being in 4WD.

Its ok,   your not alone.
My dealership is  an hour away, and they always says things like..."Ya I'm pretty sure it will fit" and "Are you sure we didn't lube that?" and yesterday with an uni-filter that was incorrectly sized was " Geee, I guess you were the genie pig".
Funny thing is that my credit card seems to work perfectly when i buy something from them though!
So rest assured.

Look likes all the bugs are fixed in editing and being able to post photo's. I just added a photo to my original post. Took the wife out for a test ride in the sand and trails. It was in the mid 90's so she was anxious for me to get the thing moving. Of course we had to drink a couple Bud Lites to keep cool. Your health is important so drink plenty of liquids in hot weather.

Welcome and you are correct about drinking the correct amount of liquids.  A properly sized cooler is a must.  Good to read all is well with your machine.  Same thing happened to me when running in 4X4 and limp mode.
