Hi. I am seriously looking at a new 2016 CFORCE 500 HO EPS. I am new to the ATV world but have been riding and racing dirt bikes for 40+ years. These machines look awesome and have about all I am looking for, especially since they come set up for two up riding. My wife and I would be using it for fire roads and pretty easy trail riding. I am just a little skeptical as I don't know the brand and there isn't a lot of info-reviews out there. I need your honest input please, I don't want to wind up with a $6000 boat anchor! How is reliability, support and parts availability? A warranty is only as good as the company. I am really ready to pull the trigger, camping season is here. All the other makes seem so overpriced to me, and then you need to spend more to accommodate a passenger. Any information you can give me is greatly appreciated! Thank you, happy trails!

Welcome to the forum!! I'm sure you'll hear from some of our Cforce members about the machine..
I will tell you that the Cfmoto brand has been a great pleasure to work with.  I had a few minor issues with my Zforce and I have to say the company has been amazing to correct the issues. No questions asked.  My dealer even picked up and delivered each time. (3hr round trip) So the brand I can vouch for, as far as the machine....I'll let one of the cforce guys answer that.

The CFMoto dealers have been good and parts are not hard to get. Every machine has it's bad points, but cfmoto seems pretty good about finding the cause of issues and getting fixes out in a timely manner. I did get a chance to ride the 500ho for a little bit and found I liked it. I do own a outlander max 400 also and it has been one of the most worry free atvs I have had. For the money, the 500ho is a deal and I am tempted to go get one myself.

Welcome.  My wife and I were in a similar situation as you and we went ahead and got the 800 trail.  We wanted something that was legal on the ATV trails.  We have 275 miles on it so far with zero problems.  Here in northern Idaho there are 4 dealers within 150 miles.

Hi, I'm a 500 HO EPS owner. I like it a lot, never had an issue getting warranty work at all. I haven't had to take it to the shop but I think 3 times.
1st time was for the fan, no issue getting it fixed, and they improved it. That was the same time I blew a radiator hose, Fixed free. The replacement hose had a pin hole leak where some idiot put a hanger through it. (Small like a clothing tag.) that was my second fix. 3 was a nut backing off in my CVT. They fixed that and also replaced the belt because it might have a little undo wear. Other than that, I haven't had any major issue.
Big kicker is that you can't get much better for the price, my wife is comfortable on the back half of the seat, the extra 8" of chassis makes a little more comfortable ride.
Great thing is that when the wife isn't with me, I can stretch my self to the back as well.
We've easily had over 800 pounds riding on it, and it just moves.

One thing that I found later since I got some speed on the 500, I kind of want to upgrade to the CForce 800, but the 500 suits us well, and it's safe.

Happy trails ahead ;)

I have the older cf500 and at 2,500miles has been a great ride. I use it for hunting, pleasure riding, crop spraying and towing a 5' mower around a 5 acre paddock. My worst problem was a leaking fuel tap. It has a slight oil stain on the front diff but not bad enough to worry about fixing. If I were to lose this one, would buy the 550. Go for it, you wont be disappointed.
