I have own a cf side by side 800 for over a year now and it has handled anything I have thrown at it.
only wish i could raise it up off the ground more, but they only have 2 inch lifts right now

You can go with the 2" lift, the new A arms from Rodin or Super ATV, and add some 29's on it. May want to over clock the clutch to C1 or B2 to keep the power.
Some have modded a RZR lift to make it work as well. 

In any case check out the Super ATV ZFORCE they made I believe it is pushing 18" of ground clearance.
