just brought a zforce 800ex put the fuel pump wont turn on and need to fix fuel pump first.

The pump is working? Can you hear it working when turning the ignition on (without starting the engine)?
Does this only at cold start or wont work at all?

A very common issue with fuel pump on CF Moto (regardless the type of the machine) is that is priming more difficult at the cold start. You have to turn on and off the ignition (but not start the engine) three times before starting the engine.

I have the same problem on my both Z550 and Z1000. Once I have completed the above sequence and the engine is warm I have no problems.
