Hello to the other new guy with same bike = orange and blue is an awsome mix

looking for assistance on lowering this bike maybe 1 or 1half inch

suggestions greatly appreciated as this seems to be a difficult issue

Welcome. The usual way to lower a bike is to use longer 'dog bones'' (part of the susension arms) to give less travel.
