CFMOTO Zforce and custom accessories
« on: October 30, 2017, 10:25:01 AM »
Hi all, glad to see the CF moto community is steadily growing.  A few friends of mine recently bought a pair of Zforces, a 500HO and an 800EX, very impressive machines.   First think we determined is that a 64" footprint would definitely help stabilize things on rough terrain, so we added some 2" spacers...Man did that make a difference.   After installing the spacers we immediately realized that although things seemed to be much more stable, mud was going to be an issue.  With the wider stance, we were slinging mud everywhere.   To my surprise, NO ONE was making fender extensions for these bikes.  Since I am a bit of a fabricator, and am very familiar with similar products for Can Am/Polaris/etc...I figured I would make a set.   We get stopped all the time by people asking were we got them, and I have probably made 1/2 a dozen sets.
If anyone is interested, shoot me a message.  Price is 200.00 for a full set.  Does require that you have the factory fenders and rear extensions (but I'm pretty sure those come standard on the 800s these days)  Shipping is ground (US only for now) and free.   I can send out a detailed paypal invoice to your email address.   Otherwise, I would live to hear your comments on what you think about the extensions.  :-)

Nice job of fabricating them to fit the contour of the factory fenders, I wonder how they would look if you removed the factory fenders and mounted them directly, they all throw mud and with the 2" spacers it had to be bad.

Thanks VMAN!  Without the fenders, there isnt much to mount to...and no one wants floppy fenders.  LOL.
Even with the 2 inch spacers, these extensions keep you VERY clean.  The only real splatter you get is either from the front wheels when turning (only hits the lower parts of the doors)...or your Riding buddies.

Looks like a sweet ride bud!!

Ok one question? How does it affect the handling at higher speeds?

We have had it up to highway speeds more that a few times driving around the country roads, and no issues.

Thanks. I’m thinking I’m going to put 2” spacers. I had to buy them anyhow so I can put the tracks on for the winter.
