Mine is the same
You can add heat shields an matting will help
The cvt exhaust is right under the middle seat I find that blows the heat the most you could redirect it Likley help a lot too

I'm afraid the 'full cab' is going to do that. Not only from the greenhouse effect but the fact that you are basically now sitting in a closet and sharing space with an oven. An ORV just doesn't have insulated isolation of the motor from the passenger compartment, like a car or pickup.
Lots of owners of SXS have discovered that just adding full lower doors or a non opening windshield, has greatly increased their in cab heat.

Right and that why I opted for flip-up windshield and why my friend with a RzR tossed his full windshield and got a flip after one ride in mine. You can slow it a lot by wrapping the exhaust and pulling all the plastics and applying thermo and sound deadening layer but won't get it all..maybe enough though. :) It will also make it quieter....always a plus.

I have a full cab I made now a factory one is Likley a lot more air tight then mine
But I wish I had a real heater in the winter where I am it was -10 to -20c most days we could get out
An the snow melting on the engine or if you hit a slushy spot creates condensation in the cab on the window so I added some fans to blow on the windows that made a big difference lol
It’s all a trial an error game at this point

I have a similar problem only I have not enclosed the cabin.   I am thinking of adding a fan in the lower area to blow the heat out
