Shoot man I would just make one. Get the diameter it needs to be and the depth, then go to a pawn shop and get a thin 12-point socket, mark where the legs need to be and cut it out with a 4" grinder and cutting wheel. Fine-tune it and off you go.

That's not a bad idea. I didn't think about doing it like that.
I have a small machine shop. I was thinking of drilling some small holes on the flat side of a socket and pressing some gage pins into the holes.

Your idea might be faster.

the biggest problem searching for a generic tool to do this is they are all advertised as being for a specific vehicle. I wish i could find some options with the dimensions.

This requires a 1-7/8inch OD. Between the pegs. ID doesn't matter but would be 1-5/8. the square slots are .25 wide

Remember, you need 80Nm or about 60ftlbs torque to reinstall it. It'll take that and a bit more to pull it as it has a thread locker on it.

Hey guys
Sorry for falling off the map. I ran into so many challenges and then also got busy at work so i didn't have much spare time. I am almost done with everything. I will post a bunch of pictures soon documenting everything i have done.

I need a little help for now. The brake booster is working but the rear brakes still aren't. I think to be safe i should replace the booster. I don't know the part number for the exact type in the UTV. Does anyone know if a new model will fit?
Here are some pictures of my current booster.

For example would something off a Zforce work?

Close enough..probably make anything like that work. I always thought CFM got the ratios wrong between the master and the slave cylinders so if I were to have to adapt something to replace mine, I would look for something with a larger piston..or something from a larger or heavier vehicle. That's just me though.

I was hoping to find something that will bolt into the original mounts.
There’s no telling if the cylinder from another CFmoto has that same bolt hole spacing.

I have a spare from a hot rod 1954 chevy car. But I don’t think that will mount very easy

Also i am having a heck of a time figuring out the proper Lug nut thread size and pitch.
I know for sure these are a M12.

When i google search. I am seeing m12 x1.5 as the most common pitch. But in other please i see that M12 x 1.25 is also available for the Uforce. I don't have a thread gage but when i measure the pitch, eyeballing with digital calipers i think i am closer to 1.25 than 1.5

Any suggestions?

I'm a bit floored to hear it has 12mm studs as those are usually only found on 1000s and higher...even in other brands. Anything less has 10mm x 1.25.

I identified the thread size and bought m12 x1.5mm lug nuts.
Those came in and are installed

The new brake booster arrived too. I am machining some brackets today. Hoping to mock up the fitment and weld them in place this weekend.
Ordering the battery next week if everything i stated above actually happens :)

I ended up buying this Brake Booster: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09R4SK2W6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Unfortunately the threads for the brake lining fittings are a different thread size. Does anyone know the size for this booster? Or where i can find the size?
I have some 3/8-24 Ferrules that thread in, but they seem to be VERY loose in there. And i am not a fan of teflon tapping brake fitting threads.

uuuggggghhhhhhh
After 50+ hours of work. I just discovered the brake calipers are seized. The seller obviously lied to me about driving this UTV around his horse property.
It's so difficult to find parts for this old model. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would first like to see if I can just rebuild the calipers.
I need pistons, probably a new dust seal and guide pins. I think.... I've never rebuilt calipers, but that's what i looked up is normally needed to rebuild brakes. lol

It is unlikly you will be able to buy parts or even new exact same calipers. Plan on complete units that will require adaption. But my fingers are crossed for you. Never know what can be found on the internet these days.

Have you ever seen a diagram that shows the bolt hole spacing dimensions.
I'm just trying to figure out a way to compare these calipers to something available, maybe form Wilwood, maybe CFMoto. Not sure.
Because the rotors on this UTV are sort of small. I doubt anything from a newer CFMoto vehicle will work.
