Service Manual for 2016 CForce 800 EPS
« on: October 25, 2021, 09:16:23 PM »
Hey Everyone,

I purchased a 2016 Force 800 EPS yesterday and of course am having issues with the Power Steering. I am getting code 32 and have been trying to troubleshoot it.  I have checked and replaced the 40A fuse in the back left (as you are facing the front of the ATV) of the battery compartment, Changed the EPS Relay and replaced a melted 30A fuse in the back right of the battery compartment.  I am trying to verify what those fuses are for and that the size is the right one to be there and also try to "Check and fix motor wiring contact status, If still not work, replace ECU" per the EPS troubleshooting guide.

I am looking for the Service Manual for the 2016 model year to help identify the fuse sizes/purpose and also to expose the ECU so I can check with wiring.  I would prefer not to remove the entire front end body panels and hope the manual gives me an easier way to get at the wires.  Long story short, I am wondering if anyone has a link to the service manual for this ATV.  All I have found so far was published in 2011 so doesn't align with the 2016 model.

Thank you!

Sorry I don't have a manual for the CF800 but I think I sent you the EPS trouble shooter. If not let me know.

You sure did.  Thank you.  Unfortunately, even after replacing the ECU, I am still getting code 32.  To say this is frustrating is an understatement.  If anyone has any additional ideas, I would greatly appreciate them.  Thanks!
