Recommended Drive Belts for CF Motos

For the Z6, ZForce 600 or Sniper 600, The Gates 40C3569.

For the Z,C & U Force 500s, the Ultimax UA483 or Gates 40C3569

For all the 800 UTVs including the ZForce and U Force 800s, The Gates 40R3691, 40C3691 or the Ultimax UA484.
For the 1000s This belt is confirmed to work with the 1000s: Ultimax UA485

UPDATE: I am pleased to announce that the leader in clutch performance, EPI, is now making clutch performance parts for CFMoto and is also making their quality belts for most models as well. Here is a link to their list:  https://epiperformance.com/cf-moto-1/

Checking out that part # I came across Napa #6272-40g3691 listed for $46.50. Has anyone used this belt? For the price it might be worth keeping a spare. Any thoughts? Wayne

May be a dumb question with the EU/US specs and you may have answered already….what is recommended for a Z950?

Sense the 950 has the same engine/transmission setup as the 1000s, I would guess it would take the same belt as the 1000s as well..but no one here had done one to confirm it as of yet that I know of. It would make sense though.

The CVT drive belt used on the CFMoto Zforce 800 Trail, and 950 Trail and Sport (all 2023 Gen2) is 0JWA-055000-10000 and CFMoto has replaced that part number with the Ultimax UA485.  Timken/Ultimax shows that the UXP485 can also be used.  The UA485 has a 2 year warranty, the UXP485 has a 3 year warranty.  I haven't been able to find any cross reference tables to cross these to other manufacturer CVT belts.

We also just came out with an American made CVT belt for the CF Moto Line. It took us two years to develop due to clutching on these machines.

Our belts fit the following CF Motos

2019-2023 CF Moto CForce 1000,

2019-2023 CF Moto CForce 800

2019-2023 CF Moto UForce 1000,

2022-2023 CF Moto UForce 800

2018-2020 CF Moto ZForce 1000,

2020-2023 CF Moto ZForce 950,

2022-2023 CF Moto ZForce 800
