Just put rings and headgasket in 21 600 touring. After getting  back together  two relays blown and when it's running  light is just steadily flashing. Any help would be nice I ordered fault  reader to day.

Without knowing the error code(s) are we can't know what direction to take. I thought the new ones displayed the error codes somewhere on the screen.

I dont see codes anywhere on display. It's not blinking in any pattern  just steady blink. Goes out If I hit kill switch and ignition  is still on.

The service manual might tell you how to make it blink the codes. Otherwise until the reader gets there check all sensor and coil connections. Does it run? And if so, is there any issues with it's running?

Then its not something like fuel pressure or coil voltage or CPS. More likely an O2, Mass air flow/Temp sensor..something that doesn't prevent it from running.
