CVTech Trailbloc Spring rate chart
« on: January 28, 2021, 02:56:22 PM »
I found a better and more comprehensive spring rate chart for the newer CFMs with the dry CVTECH clutch systems. These are the springs for the primary or drive clutches only. I do not think all the stock CFM springs are in this listing as I'm told some are made just for CFMoto. Can't confirm though so look on your spring for one of these numbers.

If i check the number on my primary spring it says 0951-1019 so i think cf moto uses cvtech standard spring rates.

I have a 2017 cf moto 520s (500s in usa)

For the CVTech Trailbloc only.

The replacement spring allows the engine to operate in a better power range. In deep snow, when climbing or hauling a load, the engine speed will operate and remain at a slightly higher speed, which gives it more power.

See charts for application.

My 2022 Cforce 600 had a Gold-Yellow-Blue primary spring (200 - 400 rate)
and 10g weights as stock from factory.
